Established in 1921, Diamond Bakery has been satisfying local tastes with delicious crackers and cookies that are 100% made in Hawai‘i. Along with their exciting new packaging, Diamond Bakery is premiering indulgent new shortbread cookie flavors including brownie, pineapple, chocolate chip, green tea, lilikoi, and Kona coffee. Normally we suggest you share the aloha, but when it comes to these great tasting snacks you’ll want to keep a supply just for yourself.
