Open Line Program

Select from an assortment of available prints and styles. 


  • Basic Men’s aloha shirts and Women’s camp blouses.
  • Several prints and styles to choose from.
  • Minimum 25 units per style/color/print.
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days.
  • Lead Time: Approximately 8-12 weeks after final selection of print.
  • Deposit Requirements: 50% due on order placement. Balance due on final delivery.

    In Stock Program  

    Choose from our stock of ready to wear styles and prints.


    • Men’s Aloha Shirt and Women’s Camp Blouse Styles
    • Available in Premium Double Dyed Poly-Cotton*, most recommended fabric for uniforms.
    • Several prints and styles to choose from.
    • Bulk pricing available.
    • Lead Time: 7-10 business days. For orders over 50 units, up to 4 weeks.
    • Embroidery Service: Allow additional 2-3 weeks.

    *The double dye process allows colors to resist fading with repeated washings and the poly/cotton fabric makes is easy to care for with minimal ironing required. Choose from assorted colors and prints.

    Custom Print Aloha Wear  

    Work with our design team to create your own look.

     
    • Provide your own artwork or Hilo Hattie can design a print especially for you.
    • Incorporate your company logo or special event theme into the design.
    • Each print can be created in different color schemes.
    • Choose fabric that best reflects your corporate image: cotton, poly/cotton, blend, rayon, silk and more.
    • A wide variety of styles to choose from.
    • Custom labels and hang tags for additional fee.
    • Lead Time: Approximately 24-32 weeks after final artwork approved.
    • Deposit Requirements: 50% due on order placement. Balance due on final delivery.
    • Embroidery Service: Allow additional 2-3
